Anayanex

UI UX Chatbot Website
2 Comments

When a growing SaaS company asked Anayanex to rethink its customer support experience, the brief was clear: reduce first-response time, keep the brand voice intact, and design a chatbot that felt helpful—not robotic. This project became a full UI/UX redesign of their support chatbot website and conversation flow.

We started with discovery sessions, support ticket reviews, and journey mapping. The biggest friction points were buried FAQs, long wait states, and a chat UI that competed with the product instead of supporting it. Our goal was a calm, confident interface that guided users to answers in under three taps.

Design direction

The visual system leaned into charcoal surfaces, soft contrast, and clear hierarchy so users could scan messages quickly on both desktop and mobile. We prioritized readable bubbles, persistent context (order status, account hints), and a single primary action at every step—so the chat never felt crowded.

  • Intent-first conversation model for billing, onboarding, and product how-tos
  • Mobile-first message layout with sticky composer and quick replies
  • Human handoff path when confidence scores drop or users ask for an agent

Prototype to production

Interactive prototypes were tested with support agents and customers before engineering. We validated greeting copy, suggested replies, and escalation timing. Once approved, the frontend shipped as a lightweight web experience with an operations dashboard for monitoring conversations and tuning intents.

“The new chat feels like part of our product—not a bolted-on widget. Customers find answers faster, and our team only steps in when it actually matters.”

Results

42% faster

31% fewer tickets
Common how-to and billing questions resolved in chat without agent involvement.

If you are planning a chatbot or support UX overhaul, Anayanex can help from discovery through design, conversation design, and production engineering—so the experience feels intentional on day one.
